Dr. Bezouska had been telling me for years to get a bruxism guard to prevent damage to my teeth and jaw from grinding my teeth at night.  I was hesitant because I didn't want to spend the money and hoped the problem would just go away.  It didn't, and I not only wore my teeth down, but the grinding caused my jaw to lock shut and become severly out of alignment to the point I could not even open it without severe pain.  I got the bruxism guard and the next day afer using it I could tell my jaw was healing.  The bruxism guard helps me sleep at night and my jaw has healed.  I would not go without this device and have even considered buying a second one just in case I lose this one.  This is a must have if you are a "grinder"  Don't go through what I did.  They really do work and you won't be dissapointed.
